Meet Dr.Gernot
a cruel, intelligent, and ancient earth drake native from Germany, the Dr. is one not to be underestimated.
personality: The Dr. is cold, cruel, and deceiving, combined with his incredible intelligence he is a deadly foe. he speaks in a harsh metallic voice, and it doesn't help that he speaks with a thick Germanic accent. The Dr. is a thinker, not a fighter, but that doesn't stop his vicious nature, which is rival to Naga himself. The Dr. spends most of his time upgrading himself or experimenting on helpless creatures and the occasional ''missing person''. He has found a hobby of torturing, and experimenting on jester.
powers: The Dr. has slight control of electricity, but its only good in extremely close range. He can’t use that much magic so he has made up for this with many a mechanical modification and reliance on science and alchemy to do his bidding. Because of his alterations, he can’t shape-shift, making him a sort of outcast among the drakes, but he isn’t as weak as he seems.
abilities: the Dr. has lived a long time, and in that time he has studied many sciences and pseudo sciences, and created mechanical monstrosities to fight for him. He has a strong talent with chemicals and has discovered a way to bring the recently deceased to life again, why, you may ask, well he got tired of subjects dying in the middle of his experiments. He keeps this formula, and many other chemicals stored in the canisters on his tail, including a deadly poison, a powerful anesthetic, and any chemical he may need for a specific job in the fourth canister. His saws and syringe are diamond tipped, allowing him to break through even a drakes skin and bone. He has replaced his hand with a Swiss army knife like limb to help him in jobs, and has given himself two extra hands to act as assistants for him. He has replaced his left eye with a special device allowing him to see in thermal, x-ray, and night visions.
He has long since lost his wings but he has gained the ability of flight through means of small jet-packs connected to his back.
weaknesses: The Dr. is physically weak, and clearly crippled, however getting close to him could be a problem considering he has his saws and poisons to protect him. The Dr. is not fast, but in his profession he doesn't have to be. he also gets distracted easily when his intelligence is challenged.
history: his age is a well-kept secret, but many know that the Dr. was born in the human world, and spent much of his time there, learning, teaching, and experimenting. He only returned to the land of the drakes in the late 30s to escape the war and hasn’t really returned since. The Dr. is famous for discovering that drakes and technology mix VERY well. And has formed a relationship with Vulcan and his family where he modifies them in return for their protection. Through this relationship, he has found protection in Naga's court.
notes: the Dr. is one of my most serious and violent characters, being an inhuman mad scientist, there's not much more to expect. I hope you guys like him, and please comment!
